Ein Exemplar, das durch das spektakulär gemaserte, dreidimensionale Flametop und das wunderschöne Dirty Lemon Burst Finish sofort ins Auge sticht.

Das Murphy Lab Light Aging präsentiert sich hier von seiner besten Seite: feines, authentisches Checking, dezente Abriebspuren und ein insgesamt sehr glaubwürdiger, natürlich wirkender Vintage-Look – ohne übertrieben zu wirken.

For sale is a stunning Les Paul 1959 Standard Reissue (R9) from the Gibson Custom Shop, manufactured in 2022, in the popular Murphy Lab Light Aged finish – hand-selected by Musikhaus Hermann. This guitar immediately catches the eye with its spectacularly grained, three-dimensional flame top and beautiful Dirty Lemon Burst finish.

The Murphy Lab Light Aging process is showcased here at its best: fine, authentic checking, subtle wear marks, and an overall very convincing, natural-looking vintage appearance – without being overdone.

Sonically, this R9 is clearly one of the outstanding examples:

The unpotted Custombuckers deliver a fantastic blend of transparency, dynamic attack, and warm, woody mids – exactly what you'd expect from a truly great '59. The '59 authentic Medium C neck profile fits perfectly in the hand and immediately provides a familiar playing feel.
