Gibson Custom Shop ES-335 1961 Reissue – Murphy Lab Heavy Aged – Cherry – 2023

Eine der authentischsten Interpretationen der legendären early 60s ES-335 – in kompromissloser Murphy Lab Heavy Aged Ausführung.

Näher kommt man einer echten Vintage ES-335 wohl kaum – ohne direkt im fünfstelligen Bereich zu landen.

Der Ton:

Erstklassige Tonhölzer unter hauchdünnem Nitro-Finish liefern in Kombination mit den verbauten  Custombuckern einen unglaublich offenen und detaillierten Klang mit klaren Höhen, warmen Mitten und einem straffen, holzigen Bassfundament. Perfekt für Jazz, Blues, Rock und alles dazwischen.

Das Spielgefühl:

Das Murphy Lab Aging lässt die Gitarre vom ersten Moment an vertraut wirken, als hätte man sie über Jahre hinweg selbst gespielt.

Die Optik:

It hardly gets closer to a true vintage ES-335 – unless you’re ready to step into five-figure territory.

The Tone:

Premium tonewoods combined with an ultra-thin nitrocellulose finish and a set of Custombuckers deliver an incredibly open, detailed and dynamic sound. Clear highs, warm mids and a tight, woody low end – perfect for jazz, blues, rock and everything in between.

The Murphy Lab aging gives the guitar an instantly familiar feel – as if you’ve been playing it for decades.

The Look:

Heavy aging at the highest level – it doesn’t get much more authentic than this. One of the most convincing aging treatments to come out of the Murphy Lab.
