Die Manufaktur Franz Bassguitars aus Lichtenfels steht seit Jahren für kompromisslose Handarbeit im Bassbereich. Dass dort auch Gitarren entstehen, ist fast schon ein Geheimtipp – und genau hier setzt diese Mira an.

Handgefertigt in Deutschland, mit einem Mix aus edelsten Tonhölzern und modernen High Tech Features wie der karbonverstärkten Halskonstruktion, hebt sich diese Gitarre deutlich von jeglicher Massenproduktion ab – und genau das merkt man vom ersten Moment an.

Optisch überzeugt sie mit einem eigenständigen Design, das sich bewusst vom Gewohnten abhebt: weich fließende Konturen, ein seidiges, mattes Finish und das elegante „Sky Blue“, das je nach Lichteinfall subtil seine Tiefe verändert.

The Franz Bassguitars workshop based in Lichtenfels, Germany has built a strong reputation over the years for uncompromising handcrafted basses. What many don’t know: they also produce outstanding guitars – and this Mira is a perfect example.

Handcrafted in Germany using carefully selected tonewoods and modern high-end features such as a carbon-reinforced neck, this instrument clearly stands apart from mass production – something you immediately notice from the very first note.

Visually, it impresses with a distinctive design that deliberately sets itself apart from the familiar: smooth, flowing contours, a silky matte finish and the elegant “Sky Blue” color, which subtly shifts in depth depending on the light.

But the real magic happens the moment you strike the first chord.

The Mira responds incredibly direct – with a level of openness and clarity that immediately stands out. Every note sits clearly in the mix, chords remain transparent and well-defined, while single notes seem to jump forward effortlessly.
