Manche Stratocaster wirken bereits auf den ersten Blick besonders stimmig – genau so ein Instrument ist diese 1957 Stratocaster aus dem Fender Custom Shop.

Die Kombination aus dem seltenen Aged HLE Gold Finish, dem perfekt abgestimmten Relic Aging und feinsten Vintage-Specs ergibt hier eine Strat, die nicht nur optisch sofort begeistert, sondern auch tonal absolut überzeugt.

Bereits trocken gespielt fällt die enorme Resonanz auf. Die Gitarre reagiert extrem direkt, schwingt frei und liefert genau dieses lebendige, offene Spielgefühl, das man sich von einer wirklich guten Strat wünscht.

Der selektierte Alder Body sorgt zusammen mit dem Quartersawn Maple Neck für einen ausgewogenen, sehr resonanten Grundcharakter mit straffen Bässen, holzigen Mitten und glockigen Höhen.

Die verbauten Handwound 57 Pickups liefern dabei den klassischen Vintage-Strat-Ton:

offen, perlig und dynamisch, mit hervorragender Transparenz und diesem typisch dreidimensionalen Charakter, den moderne Serienmodelle oft vermissen lassen.

Von glasklaren Clean-Sounds über knackigen Blues bis hin zu rauem Texas-Style Overdrive deckt diese Strat mühelos sämtliche klassischen Fender-Sounds ab.

Das 57 Style Soft “V” Halsprofil liegt hervorragend in der Hand und vermittelt ein angenehmes Vintage-Feeling, ohne dabei klobig zu wirken. Durch den modernen 9,5" Radius spielt sich die Gitarre zudem deutlich komfortabler als viele traditionelle Vintage-Reissues.

Auch optisch ist dieses Exemplar ein absolutes Highlight.

Das Aged HLE Gold Finish besitzt je nach Licht einen wunderschönen Wechsel zwischen warmem Goldton und leicht bronzener Vintage-Patina. Das Relic Aging wurde sehr authentisch umgesetzt und verleiht der Gitarre eine sehr dezente Patina.

The combination of the rare Aged HLE Gold finish, perfectly balanced Relic aging and finest vintage-inspired specs results in a Strat that not only looks stunning, but also delivers exceptional tone.

Even unplugged, the guitar immediately stands out with its remarkable resonance. It responds extremely directly, vibrates freely and delivers exactly that lively and open playing experience you would expect from a truly great Strat.

The selected alder body together with the quartersawn maple neck creates a beautifully balanced and highly resonant tonal character with tight lows, woody mids and bell-like highs.

The installed Handwound 57 pickups deliver the classic vintage Strat tone:

open, glassy and dynamic, with excellent clarity and that typical three-dimensional character many modern production models often lack.

From crystal-clear clean tones to punchy blues and raw Texas-style overdrive, this Strat effortlessly covers the full range of classic Fender sounds.

The 57 Style Soft “V” neck profile feels fantastic in the hand and offers a comfortable vintage feel without ever becoming bulky. Thanks to the modern 9.5" radius, the guitar also plays significantly more comfortably than many traditional vintage-style reissues.

Visually, this example is equally impressive.

Depending on the lighting, the Aged HLE Gold finish beautifully shifts between warm golden tones and slightly bronzed vintage patina. The Relic aging has been executed very authentically and gives the guitar a tasteful and subtle aged appearance.
