2020 Fender Custom Shop ’65 Stratocaster Relic – Shell Pink

Zum Verkauf steht eine außergewöhnlich stimmige Fender Custom Shop 1965 Stratocaster Relic im seltenen Shell Pink Nitro Finish. Diese Strat überzeugt durch echte Substanz: Holzauswahl, Resonanz und Gesamtbalance auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Der selektierte Lightweight Erle-Korpus sorgt für ein ideales Gewicht von 3,4kg und eine schnelle, offene Ansprache. Bereits akustisch ist diese Gitarre extrem lebendig, mit klarer Grundresonanz und gleichmäßigem Schwingverhalten über das gesamte Frequenzspektrum.

Am Verstärker zeigt sich genau das, was man von einer guten Mid-60s Strat erwartet: gläserne Höhen ohne Härte, fokussierte Mitten, straffer Bass und hervorragende Dynamik. Die Handwound 60s CC Pickups reagieren sehr direkt auf Anschlag, Volume- und Tone-Regler und liefern ein transparentes, differenziertes Klangbild – sowohl clean als auch angezerrt.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist das AAA-Grade Rosewood Griffbrett mit sehr dichter, dunkler Maserung.

Das Mid 60s C Halsprofil liegt satt und angenehm in der Hand, mit genau der richtigen Portion Substanz. In Kombination mit dem 9.5" Radius und Jumbo-Bünden ergibt sich ein sehr komfortables, modernes Spielgefühl bei zugleich klassischer Optik.

Das werksseitige Relic Aging ist geschmackvoll umgesetzt: authentische Spielspuren, kein überzeichnetes „Heavy Relic“, sondern eine stimmige Vintage-Patina.

For sale is an exceptionally well-balanced Fender Custom Shop 1965 Stratocaster Relic in the rare Shell Pink nitrocellulose finish. This Strat stands out through true substance: premium wood selection, outstanding resonance and excellent overall balance.

The selected lightweight alder body results in an ideal total weight of 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs) and provides a fast, open response. Even unplugged, this guitar feels extremely lively, with strong fundamental resonance and an even vibration behavior across the entire frequency spectrum.

Plugged in, it delivers exactly what you expect from a great mid-60s Strat: glassy highs without harshness, focused mids, tight low end and excellent dynamics. The handwound 60s CC pickups respond very directly to pick attack as well as volume and tone controls, offering a transparent and highly detailed tone – both clean and overdriven.

A particular highlight is the AAA-grade rosewood fingerboard with its dense, dark grain structure.

The Mid 60s C neck profile feels substantial yet very comfortable in the hand. Combined with the 9.5" radius and jumbo frets, this results in a modern, effortless playing feel while maintaining a classic vintage appearance.

The factory Relic aging is tastefully executed: authentic playing wear, no exaggerated “heavy relic” look, but a well-balanced vintage patina.
