Diese Thorndal TC 52 N im wunderschön getroffenen Aged Shell Pink bringt das ungefilterte Mojo einer eingespielten Vintage-Ikone mit.

Das dezente Aging im „Journeyman“ Style ist ein kleines Kunstwerk – feine Haarrisse im vergilbten Nitrolack und perfekt gesetzte Spielspuren verleihen der Gitarre den Charakter eines geliebten Instruments, das schon einige Bühnen gesehen hat, ohne dabei künstlich „zerstört“ zu wirken.

Mit ca. 3,9 kg ist diese Tele zwar nicht die Leichteste, bringt aber dafür die perfekte Substanz für fetten Ton und amtliches Sustain mit.

Schon beim akustischen Anspielen merkt man, aus welchem Holz diese Gitarre geschnitzt ist. Sie schwingt laut, mit einer beeindruckenden Klarheit und Offenheit, während sich die knackige Ansprache und die Resonanz spürbar auf Hände und Körper übertragen.

Zusätzlich verfügt diese TC 52 N über ein Push-Pull-Poti, das per Coil-Splitting/Tapping eine enorme klangliche Flexibilität ermöglicht. Damit lassen sich wunderbare Single Coil-Settings abrufen, die das ohnehin schon breite Soundspektrum der Gitarre nochmals erweitern – ein geniales Feature!

The subtle "Journeyman Style" aging is a small work of art—fine hairline cracks in the yellowed nitrocellulose lacquer and perfectly placed play wear give the guitar the character of a beloved instrument that has seen its share of stages, without looking artificially "destroyed."

Weighing in at approx. 3.9 kg (8.6 lbs), this Tele might not be the lightest, but it brings the perfect substance for a fat tone and serious sustain.

Even when playing it unplugged, you instantly notice the quality of the wood. It resonates loudly, with impressive clarity and openness, while the snappy response and vibrations are palpably transferred to your hands and body.

Once plugged into an amp, the perfectly matched pickup duo delivers the absolute best of both worlds:

At the neck, the Häussel pickup provides a wonderfully warm, transparent, and almost bell-like sound that never gets muddy.

Switch to the bridge, and the house is on fire thanks to the Bare Knuckle pickup—here you get that classic, gritty T-style twang with plenty of snap, perfect dynamics, and just the right amount of cutting power for fat rock riffs.

Additionally, this TC 52 N features a push-pull pot that unlocks enormous sonic flexibility via coil-splitting/tapping. This allows you to dial in beautiful single-coil settings that further expand the already wide sonic spectrum of the guitar—a brilliant feature!
