Als Basis dient eine Fender Custom Shop Vintage Custom 1950 Double Esquire aus dem Jahr 2024. Ursprünglich in Nocaster Blonde ausgeliefert, wurde dieses Instrument durch hochwertige Modifikationen zu einem Traum-Unikat veredelt.

Luthier Refinish & Aging:
Die Gitarre wurde von einem professionellen Gitarrenbauer in ein wunderschönes 2-Tone Sunburst gehüllt und im geschmackvollen Journeyman-Style geaged. Der dünne Nitrolack (Flash Coat Lacquer) lässt das Holz perfekt atmen und schwingen. Für ein angenehm weiches Spielgefühl wurde zudem die Halsrückseite professionell leicht entlackt.

Tonal modifiziert für die absolute Oberliga:
Hier wurde der Traum einer perfekten Rock- und Blues-Tele verwirklicht:
• Hals-Position: Es wurde eine präzise P-90 Fräsung vorgenommen und ein erstklassiger Häussel P-90 Pickup installiert.
• Steg-Position: Hier sorgt ein legendärer, handgewickelter Abigail Ybarra („Abby“) Bridge Pickup für den klassischen, fetten Blackguard-Biss ohne schrille Höhen.
• Brücke & Intonation: Die Brücke wurde mit hochwertigen Glendale Compensated Saddles bestückt, um eine perfekte Intonation bei klassischem Look zu garantieren.

• Das passende Blackguard-Schlagbrett (ohne P-90 Ausschnitt) ist mit dabei.
• Das originale Fat 50s Tele CC Control Assembly (welches laut Floor Traveler ab Werk beiliegt) ist im Lieferumfang enthalten, ebenso wie die originalen Sättel.

Mit nur 3,4kg besitzt der Esche-Korpus (Ash Off-Center 2-Piece) das absolute Idealgewicht für eine erstklassige Tele – resonant, spritzig im Antritt und mit einem fantastischen Mittendurchsatz.
