2020 Fender Artist Series Tom Morello Stratocaster RW BLK

2020 Fender Artist Series Tom Morello Stratocaster RW BLK

In honor of the legendary Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello, Fender has released an absolute Strat masterpiece as part of their Artist Series!

The highlights of this rock machine:

• The Look: Super elegant Black Gloss finish with cream-colored body binding, a mirrored chrome pickguard, and black pickup covers. It also includes the legendary "Soul Power" decal, which Tom used to decorate his original Strat at the beginning of the Audioslave era – absolutely iconic!
• The Neck: A dream for riff lords and soloists alike. The modern 9.5"–14" compound radius of the rosewood fingerboard flattens out toward the upper frets. This ensures powerful chord playing in the lower registers and effortless bends across the 22 jumbo frets in the high positions.
• The Tone: The solid alder body combined with the versatile electronics delivers a brutal sonic foundation. While two Fender Vintage Noiseless single-coils at the neck and middle positions provide pristine, hum-free clean passages, the Seymour Duncan Hot Rails humbucker at the bridge unleashes a compressed high-gain fireworks display.
• The Effects: The highly stable Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo and the integrated 2-way killswitch invite you to recreate Tom's famous whammy and DJ-scratch sounds one-to-one.
