**2019 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Junior DC 1958 Reissue VOS – TV Yellow**

Es gibt Gitarren, die brauchen keine aufwendige Ausstattung, keine Decke aus AAA-Flame Maple und keine zehn Pickup-Schaltungen. Eine gute Les Paul Junior funktioniert nach einem ganz einfachen Prinzip: Mahagoni, P-90 und maximaler Rock’n’Roll.

Schon trocken gespielt ist sofort klar, warum diese Gitarren bis heute Kultstatus genießen. Der massive Mahagoni-Body schwingt herrlich frei und laut. Die Gitarre resoniert spürbar am ganzen Körper und vermittelt ein rohes, ungefiltertes Ansprechverhalten, das man bei modernen Instrumenten oftmals vermisst.

Am Amp zeigt die Junior dann endgültig, warum dieses Modell seit Jahrzehnten von unzähligen Rock-, Punk- und Blues-Gitarristen verehrt wird.

Der kräftige 50s Chunky-C-Hals liegt satt und angenehm in der Hand, ohne klobig zu wirken. Genau die richtige Portion Holzgefühl und Vintage-Charakter.

Auch die Optik ist absolut ikonisch. Das klassische TV Yellow VOS Finish wirkt wunderbar authentisch und besitzt diese leicht matte, eingespielte Patina, die perfekt zur Junior passt. Keine sterile Hochglanzoptik, sondern genau die richtige Portion Vintage-Mojo.

Die Bünde zeigen leichten Verschleiß, bieten aber noch problemlos genug Substanz für viele weitere Jahre.
